We accept payments via the Resident Portal, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and MoneyGram.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month.

Elan Luxo II offers residents a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Is there a mailroom?
Elan Luxo II includes a mail room and parcel lockers.
Are there in-unit washers and dryers?
Yes, each apartment comes with washer and dryer in unit.
Will my apartment have a dishwasher?
Yes, our apartments include dishwashers.
Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer 12-month leases only

Elan Luxo II has trash shoots on each floor and recycling located on the 1st floor inside the parking garage.
